Founder
With a career as a pilot and a life shaped by travel, Josh has experienced the world from a unique perspective. Having worked across the globe and travelled extensively, he has developed a genuine appreciation for exceptional places, thoughtful hospitality and the finer details that can transform a journey.
It is this eye for detail, combined with a passion for discovering the world, that inspired Josh to create Journey Bespoke. His vision is to bring a more personal approach to travel, looking beyond the obvious to uncover distinctive destinations, memorable stays and experiences that make every journey feel special.
For Josh, great travel is about more than where you go. It is about how the entire experience comes together.
Maxim
Travel Director
With a professional background in airline crew and extensive experience travelling the world, Maxim brings a distinctive perspective to travel, shaped by the people he meets, the places he discovers and the experiences he encounters along the way.
A natural people person, Maxim has an exceptional ability to build relationships and connect with others. At Journey Bespoke, he focuses on developing relationships with hotels, resorts and travel partners, discovering distinctive properties and gaining a deeper understanding of what makes each experience special. His perspective extends beyond the obvious, with a particular appreciation for the people, atmosphere and finer details that set a stay apart.
One of Maxim’s most memorable travel experiences was travelling through Mongolia from Ulaanbaatar, a journey that reflects his appreciation for discovering destinations beyond the ordinary. It is this curiosity, combined with his international experience and passion for hospitality, that helps shape his approach to travel at Journey Bespoke.
Stanley
Corporate Cat
Stanley takes his role as the Journey Bespoke supervisor very seriously. Specialising in sitting on important documents, making unexpected guest appearances on high-stakes video calls, and conducting rigorous quality control on all office chairs, he ensures that the team remains grounded. Stanley is a firm believer in the importance of frequent treat breaks and enjoys an enviable policy of unlimited annual leave, provided the sun is shining on his favorite patch of the floor.
