Journey Bespoke acts as a curator of travel experiences. By using our site and services, you agree to these legal terms. Please note that planning fees are planning costs only and are separate from travel costs. We do not handle direct payments to third-party suppliers unless explicitly authorised. Prices and availability of third-party services are subject to change until booked directly by the customer.
Privacy Notice
We value your privacy. Personal data collected during the guided questionnaire is used solely for trip planning purposes. We do not store payment card details or passport information in our system. Your data is protected in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent for booking purposes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Planning fees are non-refundable once the curation process has commenced. Any cancellations for flights or accommodations must be handled directly with the chosen suppliers according to their specific refund policies. Journey Bespoke provides booking assistance where permitted but all financial liabilities remain strictly between the customer and the service provider.
Service Boundaries
Customers generally book and pay suppliers directly. At launch, booking assistance is not offered. Please note that supplier prices and availability may change until the point of booking. Booking assistance is provided as a supplementary service only where legally permitted and configured within our system.
